1. Assist in the hiring process, including the preparation of contracts and personnel documents, and manage internal and external communications.
2. Support the maintenance and accuracy of HR Information Systems.
3. Prepare comprehensive reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data for both internal and external stakeholders.
4. Manage and follow up on employee requests, gaining foundational knowledge of applicable labor regulations.

1. Master’s degree
2. Fluency in Italian and English

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
2. Knowledge of Italian labor laws and regulations is advantageous
3. Familiarity with SAP HR, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HR management tools is a plus
