- Assist in the hiring process, including the preparation of contracts and personnel documents, and manage internal and external communications.
- Support the maintenance and accuracy of HR Information Systems.
- Prepare comprehensive reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and follow up on employee requests, gaining foundational knowledge of applicable labor regulations.
- Master’s degree
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of Italian labor laws and regulations is advantageous
- Familiarity with SAP HR, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HR management tools is a plus
