1. Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, including requisition approval, job advertising, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer management.
2. Provide regular updates to Hiring Managers and the Talent Manager regarding the status of open positions.
3. Collaborate closely with HR colleagues to ensure seamless onboarding of new hires.
4. Maintain and update the HR master data file, including information on new starters and leavers.
5. Engage and manage external recruitment agencies as necessary, ensuring effective partnership processes.
6. Support the Talent Manager in recruitment-related training initiatives.
7. Participate in job fairs and university relations to enhance employer branding.
8. Identify key universities and programs in Ireland and Europe for recruitment purposes.
9. Support Employer Branding activities both in Ireland and across Bulgari.
10. Implement and analyze Candidate Experience Surveys to improve recruitment processes.
11. Assist the Talent Manager with training scheduling and organization.
12. Track training attendance and compile data for year-end reporting.
13. Participate in calls with peers at Rome HQ to share best practices and updates on initiatives.
14. Coordinate buddy programs for new starters.
15. Monitor the Learning Platform and work on initiatives to increase its usage.
16. Support internal communication regarding new joiners, open roles, and other relevant topics.
17. Collaborate with the Talent Manager on actions following employee survey results.
18. Assist the HR team with various HR-related topics and objectives.
19. Conduct employee probation check-ins with new hires.
20. Lead and support the launch of the Bulgari Ireland LinkedIn page to enhance employer branding.

2. Bachelor's degree in a business discipline; MSc in Human Resource Management is desirable.

Bachelor's degree in a business discipline; MSc in Human Resource Management is desirable.
