HR Developer

1. Manage the full recruitment cycle including requisition approval, job advertising, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer management.
2. Provide regular updates to Hiring Managers and Talent Manager on open positions.
3. Partner with HR colleagues to ensure proper hiring processes and effective onboarding.
4. Update HR master data file with starters and leavers information.
5. Engage and manage external agencies when needed.
6. Support Talent Manager on recruitment training.
7. Participate in job fairs and university relations for employer branding.
8. Identify key universities and programs in Ireland and Europe.
9. Support Employer Branding activities in Ireland and overall for Bulgari.
10. Implement and analyze Candidate Experience Surveys.
11. Support Talent Manager with training scheduling and organization.
12. Track attendance and compile data for year-end reporting.
13. Participate in calls with Rome HQ to share best practices.
14. Manage and coordinate buddies for new starters.
15. Monitor Learning Platform usage and work on initiatives to increase it.
16. Support internal communication on new joiners, open roles, and other topics.
17. Work with Talent Manager on actions following employee survey results.
18. Support HR team on HR-related topics and objectives.
19. Manage employee probation check-ins with new hires.
20. Lead and support the launch of Bulgari Ireland LinkedIn page.

1. Bachelor's degree in a business discipline; MSc in Human Resource Management desirable.
