Bvlgari HR Developer

- Manage the entire recruitment cycle including requisition approval, job advertising, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer management.
- Provide regular updates to Hiring Managers and the Talent Manager on open positions.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure proper onboarding processes.
- Update the HR master data file with information on starters and leavers.
- Engage and manage external recruitment agencies when necessary.
- Support the Talent Manager in recruitment-related training.
- Participate in job fairs and university relations to enhance employer branding.
- Identify key universities and programs in Ireland and Europe for recruitment.
- Support employer branding activities both locally and globally.
- Implement and analyze Candidate Experience Surveys.
- Assist the Talent Manager with training scheduling and organization.
- Track training attendance and compile data for year-end reporting.
- Participate in best practice sharing calls with Rome HQ.
- Coordinate buddy programs for new starters.
- Monitor and promote usage of the Learning Platform.
- Support internal communication regarding new joiners and open roles.
- Collaborate on actions following employee survey results.
- Conduct probation check-ins with new hires.
- Lead and support the launch of the Bulgari Ireland LinkedIn page.
- Bachelor's degree in a business discipline; MSc in Human Resource Management is desirable.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Detail-oriented with high integrity and trust.
- Teamwork-oriented with flexibility and open-mindedness.
- Excellent communication skills with experience in stakeholder management.
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to hold line managers accountable.
- Understanding of the importance of providing excellent candidate experience.
- Curious with a keen interest in continuous improvement.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment and stakeholder partnership.
Bachelor's degree in a business discipline; MSc in Human Resource Management is desirable.
