1. Coordinate and supervise onsite maintenance work to ensure alignment with corporate guidelines and approved projects.
2. Monitor work status, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while providing market-specific insights.
3. Manage store maintenance arrangements across mainland China, including monthly and yearly planning, as well as ad hoc requests.
4. Oversee maintenance operations, track daily progress, and provide feedback and reports on store requests.
5. Conduct maintenance cost analysis and tracking, and manage external supplier evaluations and internal work report follow-ups.
6. Serve as a store maintenance trainer, coordinating the preparation and distribution of training materials.
7. Conduct regular store visits and oversee project rollouts and follow-ups.
8. Realize facility procedures and organization, including weekly recaps and meetings.
9. Manage documentation, including mail management, labeling, and data saving.
10. Follow up on payment processes and assist in property damage compensation claims.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in architecture or interior design preferred.
2. Fluency in both Chinese and English.

2. Technical background with attention to detail.
3. Understanding of construction knowledge and negotiation techniques.
4. Ability to read architectural drawings.
5. Proficiency in IT applications, including Office and Excel.
6. Strong coordination skills with other departments.
7. Proactive problem-solving and advanced planning capabilities.
8. Ability to cope with pressure, resilience, and flexibility.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.

Bachelor's degree or higher in architecture or interior design preferred.
