Bvlgari Facility Project Manager

- Coordinate and supervise onsite maintenance work to ensure alignment with corporate guidelines and approved projects.
- Monitor work status, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while providing market-specific insights.
- Manage store maintenance arrangements across mainland China, including monthly and yearly planning, as well as ad hoc requests.
- Oversee maintenance operations, track daily progress, and provide feedback and reports on store requests.
- Conduct maintenance cost analysis and tracking, and manage external supplier evaluations and internal work report follow-ups.
- Serve as a store maintenance trainer, coordinating the preparation and distribution of training materials.
- Conduct regular store visits and oversee project rollouts and follow-ups.
- Realize facility procedures and organization, including weekly recaps and meetings.
- Manage documentation, including mail management, labeling, and data saving.
- Follow up on payment processes and assist in property damage compensation claims.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in architecture or interior design preferred.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English.
- Knowledge of design and architecture principles and tools.
- Technical background with attention to detail.
- Understanding of construction knowledge and negotiation techniques.
- Ability to read architectural drawings.
- Proficiency in IT applications, including Office and Excel.
- Strong coordination skills with other departments.
- Proactive problem-solving and advanced planning capabilities.
- Ability to cope with pressure, resilience, and flexibility.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.
Bachelor's degree or higher in architecture or interior design preferred.
