- Lead by example on the sales floor, providing real-time coaching to enhance the Bulgari selling experience.
- Foster a client-centric culture among the sales team, ensuring a memorable and omnichannel client experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while engaging new customers to the brand.
- Assist in building and maintaining the client portfolio, focusing on CRM and Clienteling KPIs.
- Address and resolve client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company norms and procedures, including safety protocols.
- Supervise daily store operations and organize staff rotations, shifts, and holidays.
- Monitor sales and retail KPIs, implementing action plans to seize business opportunities.
- Produce performance reports with qualitative insights.
- At least seven years of experience in a sales role with team management responsibilities.
- Proven managerial and coaching experience.
- Strong commercial acumen and focus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
