1. Drive personal sales targets and engage in proactive sales both inside and outside the boutique.
2. Maintain a keen awareness of market trends and competition, supporting the identification of stock opportunities and action plan development.
3. Assist in creating reports and analyzing retail data, including revenues, expenses, and competitive analysis.
4. Coach and train team members on customer service, product knowledge, after-sales service, grooming, and visual merchandising.
5. Conduct daily briefings and monitor team KPIs.
6. Organize and implement store rotations, shifts, and holidays.
7. Lead and organize inventories in collaboration with support function teams.
8. Ensure retail standards are met and coordinate with retail operations and suppliers for store maintenance.
9. Supervise AFFS performance and coordinate daily customer service operations.
10. Ensure compliance with mall and police permits.
11. Deliver exceptional client experiences and elevate customer interactions within the store.
12. Develop relationships with existing clients and engage new customers with the brand.
13. Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction is restored.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Knowledge of the luxury business and store procedures.
2. Proficient selling and coaching skills.
3. Strong conversation and negotiation capabilities.
4. Familiarity with CRM techniques and tools.
5. Customer-focused with proactive selling initiative.
6. Business awareness and role competencies.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury sector.
