Bvlgari Customer Service Representative - French Speaking

- Identify and generate sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients while building new ones.
- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Follow and achieve department KPIs as set by management.
- Document all client interactions using CRM software to track inquiries and resolutions.
- Identify potential challenges to customer experience before new launches or promotions.
- Participate in rotational Saturday shifts and other days as required by business needs.
- Fluency in English and French; additional EU language is advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales and client relationship experience in luxury or exclusive brands.
- Proven track record in a dynamic sales and support environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, and MS Suite.
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and client relationship roles within luxury or exclusive brands, with a focus on retail or e-commerce. Experience in luxury hospitality, call centers, or IT support is advantageous.
