- Develop and execute tailored compensation programs that reflect the Maison’s unique positioning.
- Implement refined job evaluation methodologies and salary structures aligned with market practices.
- Design and deliver innovative benefits solutions to enhance employee experience.
- Oversee Hong Kong payroll, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing, and review Macau payroll.
- Review commission calculations and prepare final payment calculations.
- Support the annual salary review and benchmark process under corporate guidelines.
- Implement and deploy variable compensation structures for sales personnel and managerial staff.
- Conduct competitive analysis and oversee salary increases and compensation structures at the local level.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities related to personnel costs.
- Advise on all compensation and benefits matters, collaborating with local management and HR teams.
- Manage reporting activities to LVMH.
- Handle employee check-in and check-out processes and maintain employee personal files.
- Manage HR benefit administration, including medical, insurance, and MPF.
- Implement HR policies and procedures and respond to employee inquiries.
- Prepare and deliver monthly HR reports with accuracy.
- Maintain employee information in HR systems and manage system-related projects.
- Support local HR initiatives and assist in formulating and enhancing HR policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Expertise in compensation and benefits program development and execution.
- Proficiency in HR operations and systems administration.
- Strong analytical skills for competitive analysis and budgeting.
- Excellent communication and advisory skills.
Minimum of 12 years of HR experience in a sizeable company, preferably within the luxury retail industry.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related discipline.
