- Coordinate and manage back-office operations within the boutique.
- Verify alignment between received products and invoicing.
- Record transactions in appropriate systems.
- Manage intra-boutique movements.
- Coordinate inventory processes, including planning and adjustments, under the boutique manager's supervision.
- Oversee general service activities such as mail, alarms, and fire safety, coordinating necessary interventions.
- Organize deliveries and manage customs formalities as needed.
- Handle boutique cash management in coordination with the accounting team.
- Ensure compliance with security and confidentiality protocols during boutique openings and closings.
- Welcome clients, manage their waiting times, and assist sales staff as needed.
- Perform stock management operations and participate in inventories, supporting the back-office team.
- Monitor after-sales service activities and ensure quality.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including customer database management and data entry control.
- Receive and inspect merchandise, record purchase transactions, and label supplies.
- Maintain store order and cleanliness.
- Higher education degree.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience in back-office roles within a commercial environment.
- Proficiency in information systems and adaptability to new technologies.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Ability to react quickly, with availability and flexibility.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to integrate into a team.
- Proficiency in office software and processing tools (SAP/Excel).
- Good command of the English language.
