Bvlgari B2B Customer Service Representative

- Manage the order to shipping process for a dedicated client portfolio, ensuring adherence to internal SLAs and KPIs.
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers regarding product stock availability, expected delivery dates, and order/shipping status.
- Coordinate operational market activities for the assigned portfolio, utilizing all available resources effectively.
- Anticipate client needs by taking full ownership of the portfolio with a proactive approach.
- Monitor and resolve issues related to customers, order, and delivery processes, including pricing issues and product availability.
- Manage claims and reverse logistics for the client portfolio.
- Provide reports and information related to the assigned market or other activities to management and/or sales team as required.
- Ensure the clientele experiences a service that reflects the luxuriousness of Bulgari.
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory; additional languages are a bonus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Order Management.
