- Coordinate all activities to optimize Advertising & Promotion (A&P) investments, enhancing business performance and ensuring governance.
- Serve as a reliable stakeholder for marketing, communication, and finance teams, providing timely and accurate analysis on marketing and communications performance.
- Deliver actionable insights, advice, and recommendations on past and future marketing and communication performance to company leadership.
- Monitor period performance and execution of marketing and communication projects and routines.
- Analyze and present A&P performance, transforming data into insights and actionable decisions.
- Develop and revise budgets, preparing bottom-up by department, providing strategic advice on cost savings and margin improvement.
- Oversee corporate and local reporting, coordinating reporting across all areas according to deadlines, and develop ad-hoc reports to meet specific information needs.
- Understand company systems and data to assess implications of operational changes on reporting.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a finance department; international experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis techniques.
- Strong analytical skills for business performance planning and analysis.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Ability to see the big picture with a pragmatic approach.
- Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, flexible, and result-driven with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to develop quality deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills across all business levels.
- Experience working in virtual teams and coordinating across groups.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
A minimum of 5 years of experience is required.
