- Collaborate with the NY Residence Manager and Coordinator to ensure seamless management of the Residence.
- Host top clients, delivering personalized and exceptional experiences that reflect the brand's luxury standards.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach, developing new top clients via appointments and consignments, and informing clients of new collection deliveries, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transactions, improve KPIs, and close sales.
- Increase the number of VICs by prospecting and engaging with new high-potential clients.
- Facilitate appointments outside the Residence by partnering with hotels, showrooms, and other external partners.
- Support client retention and acquisition strategies to strengthen loyalty and broaden the client network.
- Stay connected to the luxury community by attending local or international events to foster new relationships for business growth.
- Strong understanding of the luxury high-end business and event planning.
- 5-6 years of professional experience in VIC Relations, Marketing, and/or Retail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence internally and externally.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work cross-functionally and navigate quickly changing environments.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 annually, plus commission eligibility.
