Bottega Veneta Stock Associate

- Manage goods received by the boutique, ensuring accurate package unloading, barcode scanning, and verification of transport documents.
- Record stock in the warehouse using JDA/SAP systems and manage discrepancies.
- Ensure warehouse goods are stored in optimal conditions for easy access and identification.
- Monitor warehouse space and organize goods reception efficiently.
- Sample, identify, and place articles in the stock room.
- Handle packaging disposal and manage goods movements, including preparation for tailoring, dyeing, and long-distance clients.
- Organize store transfers and 'return to vendor' processes, preparing necessary documentation.
- Conduct warehouse inventory checks and report findings to the Store Manager.
- Prepare merchandise re-tagging following price changes.
- Maintain documentation for CITES items in store.
- Perform daily checks on sold material and stock, manage sales floor replenishment, and liaise with the Merchandising office.
- Order packaging and materials from external suppliers as needed.
- Coordinate product repairs pre- and post-sale according to policy.
- Collaborate on consignment procedures and train sellers on JDA/SAP systems.
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills and strategic thinking
- High attention to detail and ability to work methodically
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Fluency in French and English
- Strong service orientation and customer loyalty
- Proficiency in Excel and logistics systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility, client orientation, and team spirit
Proven experience in a similar stock management or logistics role within the luxury retail industry is required.
