1. Assist in the execution of in-store logistics, catering arrangements, and planning of client events.
2. Provide on-site support for all in-store events to ensure smooth operations.
3. Support VIC client gifting allocation for stores and propose gifting ideas.
4. Assist in local gifting production management.
5. Handle invoicing and vendor management.
6. Support the team in extracting and dispatching client target lists.
7. Consolidate campaign results and achievements in a template report format.
8. Generate regular CRM campaign results, collection launch, and ad hoc report requests.
9. Prepare information for regular business meetings.
10. Consolidate market intelligence and prepare competitor reports.

1. Full professional proficiency in English and Chinese.
2. Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Well-organized with attention to detail.
4. Ability to work three days per week is highly preferred.

Prior experience in event planning or client engagement within the luxury fashion industry is advantageous.
