- Serve as a role model by achieving and surpassing monthly sales and KPI targets through client outreach and engagement.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to optimize transactions and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring their profiles are consistently updated.
- Coach and mentor staff on the sales floor, reinforcing the principles of the Client Journey and providing feedback to management.
- Perform Manager On Duty shifts to ensure a consistent client experience and support staff with tasks as needed.
- Leverage training resources to enhance team product knowledge and selling skills.
- Contribute proactive ideas in management meetings to improve daily operations.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively within the store.
- Execute operational functions such as opening and closing procedures, merchandise transfers, and maintaining visual standards.
- Adhere to company policies and foster a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.
- 3 - 5 years of retail sales or management experience in a luxury or customer service environment.
- Proven ability to motivate and influence others through exemplary actions.
- Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Exhibits a strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.

3 - 5 years of experience in retail sales or management, preferably within a luxury environment.
