1. Maintain store network project archives by updating drawings and photo books.
2. Support the department with updating contracts and agreements, liaising with the legal department on lease agreements, AIA, and global suppliers.
3. Assist with regular project updates and reporting to Worldwide Store Planning & Finance by collecting update data.
4. Create presentations for regional project reviews and BV Board.

1. Must be able to receive academic credit for this paid internship.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Knowledge of CAD software.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Initiative and self-sufficiency in task performance.
5. Excellent communication and writing skills.

Prior architectural work experience is advantageous.

$16.50 per hour
