1. Represent the company positively and professionally at all times.
2. Communicate weekly memos and store policies to retail locations.
3. Manage store tools inventory at Wayne and within the New York office.
4. Oversee the creation of the monthly retail calendar.
5. Develop and implement procedural tools for stores.
6. Coordinate seasonal ordering and distribution of store uniforms and packaging.
7. Maintain StoreDB address book and contacts.
8. Monitor and track security and alarm vendor lists for stores.
9. Provide regular reports on theft and burglary incidents in stores.
10. Generate ad hoc reports upon request.

1. Enrollment in a Master's or undergraduate program.
2. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
3. Initiative and self-sufficiency in task execution.
4. Availability of 32 hours per week.
5. Eligibility to receive academic credit for the internship.

1. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
3. Proficiency in PC applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
4. Eagerness to learn and adapt.
5. Capability to perform in a fast-paced environment and interact with senior management.
6. Absolute discretion and appropriate handling of sensitive information.

No prior professional experience is required, though familiarity with retail operations is advantageous.

Currently enrolled in a Master's or undergraduate program.

Salary of $16.50 per hour.
