Bottega Veneta Retail Operations Intern

- Represent the company positively and professionally at all times.
- Communicate weekly memos and store policies to retail locations.
- Manage store tools inventory at Wayne and within the New York office.
- Oversee the creation of the monthly retail calendar.
- Develop and implement procedural tools for stores.
- Coordinate seasonal ordering and distribution of store uniforms and packaging.
- Maintain StoreDB address book and contacts.
- Monitor and track security and alarm vendor lists for stores.
- Provide regular reports on theft and burglary incidents in stores.
- Generate ad hoc reports upon request.
- Enrollment in a Master's or undergraduate program.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Initiative and self-sufficiency in task execution.
- Availability of 32 hours per week.
- Eligibility to receive academic credit for the internship.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in PC applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt.
- Capability to perform in a fast-paced environment and interact with senior management.
- Absolute discretion and appropriate handling of sensitive information.
No prior professional experience is required, though familiarity with retail operations is advantageous.
Currently enrolled in a Master's or undergraduate program.
Salary of $16.50 per hour.
