1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.
2. Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, and inform clients about new collection arrivals, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transactions and enhance KPIs.
4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, updating and managing client profiles regularly.
5. Maintain a continuous learning approach by seeking and receiving feedback from colleagues and management.
6. Sustain a high level of product knowledge on all collections through company-provided training resources.
7. Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and maintaining visual standards.
8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
5. Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team-oriented mindset.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Polished and well-groomed appearance.
3. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
4. Capability to climb a ladder and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs.

1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within the luxury sector.

Salary range of $21.00-$22.00 per hour, plus commission and overtime eligibility.
