- Serve as a role model by achieving and surpassing monthly sales and KPI targets through client outreach and relationship building.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transactions and enhance customer experience.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, updating client profiles regularly.
- Coach staff on the Client Journey principles, providing feedback and sharing strategies for overcoming challenges.
- Perform Manager On Duty (MOD) shifts to ensure consistent client experience and staff support.
- Educate team members on product knowledge and selling skills using training resources.
- Contribute ideas for daily operations during management meetings.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to accomplish store duties.
- Execute operational functions including store opening and closing, register operations, and merchandise management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a respectful workplace environment.
- 3-5 years of retail sales or management experience in a luxury or customer service environment.
- Proven ability to motivate and influence others.
- Consistent track record of achieving sales goals and KPIs.

Salary range of $23.00-26.00/hr, plus overtime and commission eligibility.
