- Oversee store operations, ensuring optimal business performance, customer service, and brand image.
- Drive store sales targets and support individual sales goals.
- Maximize store business potential and departmental sales in alignment with company strategy.
- Mentor and coach retail associates to enhance competencies and support growth, boosting overall store sales.
- Ensure quality data management in sales staff client books and collaborate on action plans.
- Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
- Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up.
- Enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, upholding brand values and managing customer relationships professionally.
- Perform operational functions, including store opening and closing, register, and back-office management.
- Maintain a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Organizational awareness and flexibility.
- Adaptability and strong knowledge of brand products and philosophy.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
A minimum of 5 years in a retail managerial position is required.
Annual base salary range of $135,000 - $145,000, plus discretionary bonus.
