- Oversee store operations, ensuring optimal business performance, exceptional customer service, and the maintenance of the brand's image.
- Drive the store's sales targets and support individual sales goals.
- Maximize the store's business potential and departmental sales in alignment with company strategy.
- Mentor and coach retail associates to enhance their competencies and support their professional growth.
- Ensure the quality and proper use of client data in sales staff's client books, and collaborate with staff to develop action plans.
- Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
- Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up procedures.
- Enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
- Deliver exceptional service to all clientele, upholding brand service values and managing customer relationships professionally.
- Perform operational functions, including opening and closing the store, and managing register and back-office procedures.
- Foster an environment of fairness, dignity, and respect for all associates.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, demonstrating organizational awareness and flexibility.
- Strong adaptability and comprehensive knowledge of the brand's products and philosophy.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
A minimum of five years in a managerial role within the retail sector is required.
Annual base salary range of $115,000 - $130,000, plus discretionary bonus.
