- Oversee store operations, ensuring optimal business performance, exceptional customer service, and adherence to company image standards.
- Drive sales targets achievement while meeting individual sales goals.
- Maximize store business potential and departmental sales in alignment with company strategy.
- Mentor and coach retail associates to enhance their competencies and support their growth, thereby boosting individual and store sales.
- Ensure accurate data management in sales staff client books and collaborate with staff on action plans.
- Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
- Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up.
- Enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
- Deliver exceptional service to clientele, upholding brand service values and managing customer relationships professionally.
- Perform operational functions including store opening and closing, register, and back-office management.
- Foster a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate organizational awareness and flexibility.
- Strong adaptability and comprehensive knowledge of brand products and philosophy.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
A minimum of five years in a managerial role within the retail sector is required.
