1. Ensure accuracy of merchandise and supply deliveries, verifying all quantities against documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
2. Support management and sales staff with prompt and precise stock checks and delivery to the sales floor as needed.
3. Maintain stock room standards by organizing merchandise by style, color, and size, or as directed by Store Management/Operations.
4. Execute routine cycle counts and inform management of any inventory discrepancies.
5. Maintain an organized shipping area, ensuring all outgoing merchandise is properly packaged and logged according to policies and procedures.
6. Maximize available stock space for efficient access by all employees, facilitating optimal store functionality.
7. Communicate timely with management and sales team regarding new arrivals, product replenishment, and client returns.
8. Re-stock packaging supplies within the boutique as needed.
9. Assist in training new hires on shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
10. Complete tasks and projects as assigned by Store Management.

1. 1-2 years of experience in a complex retail stock room; experience with international/domestic freight companies is advantageous.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with strong attention to detail.
3. Excellent organizational skills.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. Self-motivated, professional, and polished team player.
6. High level of accountability and reliability with a willingness to accept feedback.
7. Basic computer skills, with Excel experience preferred.
8. Ability to be mobile and stand for extended periods of time.
9. Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages up to 20 lbs. regularly.

1-2 years of experience in a complex retail stock room environment, with experience in international/domestic freight handling preferred.

Salary range of $19.50-$21.50 per hour, plus overtime eligibility.
