- Serve as a role model by achieving and surpassing monthly sales and KPI targets through client outreach and relationship building.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transactions and enhance client satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, updating client profiles regularly.
- Coach staff on the Client Journey principles, providing feedback and support to overcome challenges.
- Perform Manager On Duty (MOD) shifts to ensure consistent client experiences and staff support.
- Educate team members on product knowledge and selling skills using training resources.
- Contribute proactive ideas during management meetings to enhance daily operations.
- Set priorities autonomously and manage time efficiently to accomplish store tasks.
- Execute operational functions, including store opening and closing, register management, and merchandise presentation.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.
- 3 - 5 years of retail sales or management experience in a luxury or customer service environment.
- Proven ability to motivate and influence others through exemplary actions.
- Consistent achievement of sales goals and KPIs.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.

Salary range of $25.00-28.00/hr, plus overtime and commission eligibility.
