1. Serve as a role model by achieving and surpassing monthly sales and KPI targets through client outreach and relationship building.
2. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transactions and improve KPIs.
3. Establish and maintain strong client relationships, updating client profiles regularly.
4. Coach staff on the sales floor, providing feedback and reinforcing the Client Journey principles.
5. Perform Manager On Duty (MOD) shifts to ensure consistent client experiences and staff support.
6. Educate team on product knowledge and selling skills to achieve business goals.
7. Contribute ideas in management meetings and autonomously manage store priorities.
8. Perform operational functions including store opening and closing, register operations, and maintaining visual standards.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a respectful work environment.

1. 3 - 5 years of retail sales or management experience in a luxury or customer service environment.
2. Proven ability to motivate and influence others.
3. Consistent achievement of sales goals and KPIs.
4. Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Polished and professional appearance.
