Bottega Veneta Retail Supervisor

- Serve as a role model by meeting and exceeding monthly sales and KPI goals through client outreach and developing new clients via appointments and consignments.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize each transaction and improve KPIs.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, maintaining and updating client profile records.
- Coach staff on the principles of the Client Journey, sharing feedback with management.
- Perform daily Manager On Duty (MOD) shifts to ensure consistent client experience and staff support.
- Educate team on product knowledge and selling skills using training resources.
- Provide proactive ideas for management meetings.
- Set priorities autonomously and manage time efficiently to accomplish tasks.
- Perform operational functions including store opening and closing, register and back office procedures, and maintain visual standards.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain an environment of fairness and respect for all associates.
- 3 - 5 years of retail sales or management experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Capacity to motivate and influence others through actions and examples.
- Ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
- High energy level and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Availability for closing shifts, weekends, and holiday season work.
3 - 5 years of previous retail sales or management experience in a luxury or customer service-related field.
