Bottega Veneta Retail Supervisor

- Serve as a role model by exceeding sales and KPI goals through client outreach and developing new client relationships.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transactions and improve KPIs.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, updating client profiles regularly.
- Coach staff on the Client Journey principles and provide feedback to management.
- Perform Manager On Duty (MOD) shifts to ensure consistent client experience and staff support.
- Educate team on product knowledge and selling skills using training resources.
- Contribute ideas for daily management activities in meetings.
- Set priorities and manage time efficiently to accomplish store tasks.
- Perform operational functions including store opening and closing, register operations, and merchandise management.
- Comply with company policies and maintain a respectful environment for all associates.
- 3 - 5 years of retail sales or management experience in a luxury or customer service environment.
- Ability to motivate and influence others through exemplary actions.
- Consistent achievement of sales goals and KPIs.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and professional appearance.

3 - 5 years of experience in retail sales or management, preferably in a luxury environment.
Salary range of $25.00-28.00/hr, plus overtime and commission eligibility.
