Bottega Veneta Retail Supervisor

- Serve as a role model by achieving and surpassing monthly sales and KPI targets through client outreach and development of new clientele.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transactions and enhance KPIs.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, updating client profiles regularly.
- Coach staff on the Client Journey principles and provide feedback to management.
- Perform Manager On Duty (MOD) shifts to ensure consistent client experience and staff support.
- Educate team on product knowledge and selling skills using training resources.
- Contribute ideas in management meetings and set priorities autonomously.
- Execute operational functions including store opening and closing, register management, and merchandise presentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a respectful work environment.
- 3-5 years of retail sales or management experience in a luxury or customer service environment.
- Ability to motivate and influence others through example.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and KPIs.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and professional appearance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

3-5 years of retail sales or management experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
Salary range of $25.00-28.00/hr, plus overtime and commission eligibility.
