Retail Supervisor

1. Serve as a role model by meeting and exceeding monthly sales and KPI goals through client outreach and developing new clients.
2. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transactions and improve KPIs.
3. Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and maintain client profile records.
4. Coach staff on the Client Journey principles and share feedback with management.
5. Perform daily Manager On Duty shifts to ensure consistent client experience and support staff.
6. Educate team on product knowledge and improve selling skills using training resources.
7. Contribute ideas in management meetings and manage time efficiently in the store.
8. Perform operational functions including opening and closing the store, register, and back office procedures.
9. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
10. Maintain an environment of fairness, dignity, and respect for all associates.

1. 3 - 5 years of previous retail sales or management experience in a luxury environment.
2. Capacity to motivate and influence others.
3. Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
4. Builds and maintains a loyal client following.
5. Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.

1. Strong verbal and written communication.
2. Polished and well-groomed appearance.
3. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
4. Available to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
5. Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages regularly.

3 - 5 years of previous retail sales or management experience in a luxury environment.

Salary range of $25.00-28.00/hr (plus overtime and commission eligibility).
