- Evaluate and enhance retail operations across the Americas using specialized knowledge of global luxury retail.
- Develop and implement data-driven analysis to support the growth of the retail network utilizing in-house technology.
- Analyze sales data and report on Key Performance Indicators by associate and region.
- Implement and maintain projects related to store sales, focusing on KPIs, monthly initiatives, and daily sales.
- Identify business opportunities and improve processes through advanced analytics and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with local CRM teams to design, analyze, and implement CRM programs across the Americas.
- Partner with global and local CRM teams to support analytics initiatives tailored to the Americas.
- Analyze current trends and revise in-season plans for sales and profitability based on performance.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising team to identify growth opportunities and business challenges.
- Coordinate and manage monthly business reviews and implement action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, Business Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail management.
- Experience with Microstrategy System for Retail Analysis and Reporting, Retail Business Processes, CRM Analytics, and Global Luxury Retail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Organizational awareness and flexibility.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong knowledge of retail math.
At least 5 years of experience in luxury retail management, with expertise in retail analysis and CRM analytics.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, Business Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent.
Salary range of $110,000 - $120,000, plus discretionary bonus.
