- Evaluate and address retail operations across the Americas to improve performance.
- Utilize technology programs for data-driven analysis to support retail network growth.
- Analyze sales data and report on Key Performance Indicators by associate and region.
- Implement and maintain projects related to store sales, focusing on KPIs and sales initiatives.
- Study analytics to identify business opportunities and improve processes.
- Collaborate with CRM teams to design and implement CRM programs across the Americas.
- Support analytics initiatives tailored to the needs of the Americas operations.
- Analyze trends in sales performance and revise plans for sales and profitability.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising team to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
- Coordinate monthly business reviews and implement action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, Business Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in luxury retail management
- Experience with Microstrategy System for Retail Analysis and Reporting
- Knowledge of Retail Business Processes and CRM Analytics
- Ability to work in a team
- Organizational awareness and flexibility
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of retail math
At least 5 years of previous work experience in luxury retail management.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, Business Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent.
Salary range of $110,000 - $120,000 (plus discretionary bonus).
