1. Represent the company positively and professionally at all times.
2. Communicate weekly memos and store policies to retail locations.
3. Manage store tools inventory at Wayne and the New York office.
4. Create and manage the monthly retail calendar.
5. Develop and implement procedural tools for stores.
6. Coordinate seasonal ordering and distribution of store uniforms and packaging.
7. Maintain the StoreDB address book and contacts.
8. Monitor and track security and alarm vendor lists for stores.
9. Provide regular reports on theft and burglary incidents in stores.
10. Deliver ad hoc reports upon request.

1. Must be enrolled in a Master's degree program.
2. Must be able to receive academic credit for the internship.

3. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and interact with senior management.
7. Absolute discretion and handling of sensitive information.

No prior experience required, though exposure to retail operations or luxury fashion is advantageous.

Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program.

Salary of $16.50 per hour.
