1. Ensure smooth functioning of front-of-house and back-of-house activities in the residence.
2. Monitor inventory of non-merchandise supplies.
3. Support residence-specific events and appointments.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards.
5. Oversee consignment management and delivery.
6. Coordinate and manage appointment bookings.
7. Assist during sales ceremonies and provide hospitality to clients.
8. Organize special events and experiences within the residence.
9. Provide cross-functional support to the flagship store team.
