Bottega Veneta Residence Coordinator

- Ensure the seamless operation of front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) activities within the residence.
- Monitor and manage inventory of non-merchandise supplies, ensuring availability of essentials.
- Organize and support residence-specific events and appointments, ensuring all materials are prepared.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Oversee the management of consignments, ensuring accurate tracking and delivery of client orders.
- Coordinate and manage appointment bookings, ensuring all details are confirmed.
- Assist in sales ceremonies, providing refreshments and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Organize special events and experiences within the residence to enhance client experience.
- Provide cross-functional support to the flagship store team, including BOH support, cashiering, and sales.
- Uphold visual standards in both the residence and flagship store.
- Strong understanding of luxury client needs and a passion for creating personalized experiences.
- Deep understanding of the client journey in high-touch environments such as luxury retail or fine dining.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory effectively.
- Polished and professional demeanor with adaptability to VIP client needs.
- Strong team player with a collaborative spirit.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Salary range of $22.00-25.00/hr, plus overtime and commission eligibility.
