Bottega Veneta Private Client Director

- Accelerate the recruitment of high-end clients by building strategic partnerships and networks within key markets across the Americas.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing high-net-worth clients to expand the top client segment and increase spending.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with top stylists and personal shoppers to enhance brand engagement.
- Develop partnerships with travel, hotel, and concierge services to drive client acquisition and cultivation.
- Design and implement a top client growth strategy in collaboration with the VP of Retail Experience.
- Partner with store leadership and top client advisors to strengthen local relationships and develop the high-end client segment.
- Build a robust network of Private Client Managers in New York and Los Angeles.
- Manage objectives for the Private Client Advisor program in partnership with Merchandising and Retail Experience.
- Develop personalized client plans for top VICs and high-potential individuals.
- Drive performance of key client development KPIs by supporting stores with reporting and action plan development.
- Host top clients and prospects at local and international brand events.
- Plan and execute high-end events and experiences showcasing the brand's latest collections and exclusive pieces.
- Collaborate with marketing and store teams to create targeted strategies for VIC clients.
- Manage and implement top client seasonal gifting programs.
- Develop and launch initiatives to foster VIC moments in-store.
- Lead efforts on VIC stores and spearhead VIC Room/Apartment initiatives in the region.
- Collaborate with Retail Performance and Retail Operations to enhance in-store hosting experiences.
- Bachelor's degree
- 10-15 years of professional experience in VIC Relations, Marketing, and/or Retail
- Exceptional understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and global activations.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proven network of high-end individuals and organizations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Experience presenting to senior management.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
10-15 years of professional experience in VIC Relations, Marketing, and/or Retail.
Bachelor's degree
Salary range of $140,000-150,000 (plus discretionary bonus)
