- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-spending clients.
- Expand the database of Very Important Clients (VICs) and ensure their engagement and retention.
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and development of new client relationships.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance sales metrics.
- Maintain comprehensive client profile records and update them regularly.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge through available training resources.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Foster a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.
- Minimum of 7 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a polished and professional appearance.
- Proficiency in client relationship management and sales techniques.
- Capability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Physical ability to climb ladders and lift packages regularly.
At least 7 years of experience in retail sales within a customer service-oriented field, with a preference for luxury retail.
