1. Ensure adherence to company standard operating procedures in collaboration with the Store Director.
2. Maintain compliance with operational policies through partnerships with various departments such as Retail Operations, Loss Prevention, and Inventory Control.
3. Facilitate store maintenance and repairs, liaising with external vendors and escalating issues as necessary.
4. Execute routine inventory cycle counts, address discrepancies, and manage inventory flow.
5. Verify accuracy of merchandise and supply deliveries, reporting discrepancies to relevant departments.
6. Oversee operations and stock positions to ensure efficient processes and communication.
7. Develop and coach direct team members, focusing on succession planning.
8. Support the rollout of retail applications and system updates, providing training as needed.
9. Conduct regular audits of loss prevention equipment and address procedural issues to minimize loss.
10. Oversee the annual physical inventory process, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
11. Cultivate relationships with store operations leads and corporate partners to enhance efficiency.
12. Manage store supply levels and merchandise repair processes.
13. Ensure PCI compliance and monitor POS and payment-related activities.
14. Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure brand guidelines are observed and audit issues are addressed.
