Bottega Veneta Learning & Development Assistant

- Support the organization and operational management of the Accademia Labor et Ingenium, contributing to the planning and delivery of its educational programs.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing training programs for employees across the Veneto sites.
- Manage logistics and administration of learning activities, including scheduling sessions, managing attendance, and preparing materials.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external training providers to ensure smooth delivery of learning initiatives.
- Monitor and track training participation and feedback, contributing to reporting and continuous improvement efforts.
- Help maintain and update learning management systems and internal documentation.
- Coordinate and monitor the execution of mandatory training campaigns required by the Kering Group, ensuring timely completion and accurate reporting.
- Support the management of interprofessional training funds, including administrative processes, project tracking, and reporting.
- Assist in managing the learning budget, including cost tracking, invoice processing, and financial reporting in collaboration with HR and Finance teams.
- Organize people engagement events and initiatives aimed at fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English
- Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration with diverse departments
- Willingness to travel across the Veneto region and to Milan for work-related activities and events
1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or a related field.
