Bottega Veneta Stock Associate

- Ensure accuracy of merchandise and supply deliveries by verifying quantities against documentation for all shipments.
- Support management and sales staff with prompt and accurate stock checks and deliveries to the sales floor.
- Maintain stock room standards through organized merchandise arrangement by style, color, and size.
- Execute routine cycle counts and address inventory discrepancies with management.
- Maintain an organized shipping area, ensuring proper packaging and logging of outgoing merchandise.
- Maximize stock space for efficient access and store functionality.
- Communicate timely with management and sales team regarding new arrivals, product replenishment, and client returns.
- Replenish packaging supplies within the boutique.
- Assist in training new hires on shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
- Complete tasks and projects as assigned by Store Management.
- 1-2 years of experience in a complex retail stock room; experience with international/domestic freight companies is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with strong attention to detail.
- High level of accountability and reliability with a willingness to accept feedback.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and professional team player.
- Basic computer skills, with Excel experience preferred.
- Ability to be mobile and stand for extended periods.
- Capability to climb ladders and lift packages up to 20 lbs regularly.
1-2 years of experience in a complex retail stock room is preferred.
