- Assist with the daily coordination of recruitment efforts, including posting open positions, sourcing candidates, and facilitating meetings with hiring managers.
- Support tasks in Excel and HRIS systems, including reporting, auditing, and data entry.
- Conduct background and reference checks for new hires and collaborate with HR Coordinator and HR Managers on hiring decisions.
- Collaborate with VP HR and HR Coordinator on special projects as needed.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing and maintaining the resume database.
- Must be able to receive academic credit for this internship.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Initiative and ability to perform tasks independently.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Familiarity with Workday is preferred.
- Availability to work 24 hours a week.
No prior experience required, but familiarity with HR processes and systems is advantageous.
Must be a student eligible for academic credit.
Salary of $16 per hour.
