- Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies to ensure competitive pay and rewards.
- Ensure compliance of compensation programs with government regulations and brand policies.
- Manage the annual performance evaluation process in collaboration with the management team.
- Monitor and communicate budget variances with regional offices.
- Oversee the implementation of HRIS and other HR procedures.
- Design and drive annual training content to enhance organizational development.
- Provide various training opportunities, including Kering’s training programs.
- Manage talent management programs in alignment with Kering Group standards.
- Review and update succession planning for effective manpower management.
- Organize employee relations events and activities.
- Handle labor issues and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process for all levels of open positions.
- Proven experience in human resources management within the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits policies.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR procedures.
- Experience in talent management and succession planning.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and employee relations.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with regional and global teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
Extensive experience in human resources management, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
