1. Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies to ensure competitive pay and rewards.
2. Ensure compliance of compensation programs with government regulations and brand policies.
3. Manage the annual performance evaluation process in collaboration with the management team.
4. Monitor and communicate budget variances with regional offices.
5. Oversee the implementation of HRIS and other HR procedures.
6. Design and drive annual training content to enhance organizational development.
7. Provide various training opportunities, including Kering’s training programs.
8. Manage talent management programs in alignment with Kering Group standards.
9. Review and update succession planning for effective manpower management.
10. Organize employee relations events and activities.
11. Handle labor issues and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
12. Oversee the entire recruitment process for all levels of open positions.

1. Proven experience in human resources management within the luxury fashion industry.
2. Strong understanding of compensation and benefits policies.
3. Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR procedures.
4. Experience in talent management and succession planning.
5. Knowledge of local labor laws and employee relations.
