Bottega Veneta HR Business Partner

- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for all Australian stores, collaborating with Store Management to address immediate staffing needs and develop a talent pipeline.
- Manage onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
- Coordinate the fortnightly payroll process in collaboration with Kering Shared Services.
- Lead the annual compensation review in partnership with the Country Manager and Head of HR SEAO.
- Conduct employee relations activities, including performance management and workplace investigations, while maintaining comprehensive records.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Work requirements by liaising with legal teams and updating policies as necessary.
- Complete month-end, quarterly, and annual internal and government reporting requirements.
- Facilitate the annual employee survey process.
- Implement and disseminate global policies, create local policies, and ensure legal compliance.
- Manage employee data throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring administrative excellence and data integrity.
- Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders to create operational synergies.
- Engage in project work as required.
- Proven experience in generalist and operational HR roles.
- Familiarity with the General Retail Industry Award and ability to interpret employment terms and conditions.
- Experience with time and attendance systems such as ENTO and HRIS systems like Workday.
- Proficiency in managing or coordinating payroll processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Flexibility to attend meetings and conferences interstate, overseas, or after business hours as needed.
Demonstrated experience in a generalist HR capacity within the retail sector.
