1. Serve as the HR business partner for the China commercial team, supporting the implementation of business strategies.
2. Define and prioritize the Retail HRBP agenda based on business needs.
3. Collaborate with the retail team to provide comprehensive recruitment support for all levels, developing a candidate pipeline within the industry.
4. Support organizational development and optimize human resource deployment.
5. Guide organizational development and design, aligning structure, process, rewards, metrics, and talent with business strategy.
6. Partner with the retail team to execute performance management processes and drive talent planning, including succession and development plans.
7. Advise retail stakeholders on performance management, including talent identification, organizational planning, and performance improvement.
8. Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits team to execute retail staff compensation and benefits programs.
9. Manage employee relations issues, ensuring a respectful and inclusive workplace that complies with labor laws.
10. Advocate and implement company HR policies, systems, and toolkits to support business functions.
11. Collaborate with HR COE and Kering SSC to collect business needs and provide HR solutions.
12. Promote company culture and ethical standards based on core values.
13. Lead HR projects as needed for business development.
14. Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

1. More than 10 years of HRBP Manager experience, preferably in retail.
2. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources Management.

1. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
2. Solid knowledge of China labor law.
3. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with others.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
5. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
6. Fluency in spoken and written English.

Candidates must have over 10 years of experience in HRBP management, with a preference for those with a retail background.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources Management.
