HR Business Partner Manager

1. Act as HR business partner for the China commercial team and support business strategy implementation.
2. Define Retail HRBP agenda and work priorities based on business needs.
3. Partner with the retail team to support recruitment for all levels, including new hires and replacements.
4. Support organizational development and resource deployment optimization.
5. Guide and influence managers on organizational and management concerns.
6. Execute performance management processes and drive talent planning.
7. Provide advice on performance-related issues, including talent identification and organizational planning.
8. Collaborate with the C&B team to execute compensation and benefits programs.
9. Handle employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
10. Advocate company HR policies and provide efficient HR support.
11. Collect business needs and provide HR solutions in collaboration with HR COE and Kering SSC.
12. Drive company culture and set ethical standards based on core values.
13. Lead HR projects as needed for business development.
14. Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.

1. More than 10 years of HRBP Manager experience, preferably in retail.
2. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources Management.

1. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
2. Solid knowledge of China labor law.
3. Effective communication skills and ability to work well with others.
4. Strong organization and time management skills.
5. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
6. Fluent in spoken and written English.

More than 10 years of HRBP Manager experience, with a retail background preferred.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources Management.
