Bottega Veneta HR Business Partner Manager

- Serve as the HR business partner for the China commercial team, supporting the implementation of business strategies.
- Define the Retail HRBP agenda and prioritize HRBP work based on business needs.
- Collaborate with the retail team to provide comprehensive recruitment support for all positions, developing a robust candidate pipeline.
- Support organizational development and optimize human resource deployment.
- Guide organizational development and design, aligning structure, process, rewards, and talent with business strategy.
- Partner with the retail team to execute performance management processes and drive talent planning, including succession and development plans.
- Advise on performance management issues, including talent identification, organizational planning, and employee relations.
- Work closely with the Compensation & Benefits team to execute retail staff compensation and benefits programs.
- Handle employee relations issues, ensuring a respectful and inclusive workplace.
- Advocate for company HR policies and provide efficient HR support to business functions.
- Collaborate with HR COE and Kering SSC to provide HR solutions based on business needs.
- Promote company culture and ethical standards based on core values.
- Lead HR projects as needed for business development.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
- More than 10 years of experience as an HRBP Manager, preferably in the retail sector.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources Management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid knowledge of China labor law.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with others.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
More than 10 years of experience in HRBP management, with a preference for retail industry experience.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources Management.
