1. Collaborate closely with the Financial Controller and cross-functional teams to devise effective strategies and programs, ensuring alignment with company processes and policies.
2. Assist in all aspects of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and reporting, providing the Financial Controller with data-driven insights to facilitate decision-making and cost management.
3. Coordinate with the Commercial Team to conduct physical inventory assessments.
4. Engage in forecasting activities, identifying risks and opportunities, and working with functional teams to maintain control over critical areas such as profit & loss, capital expenditures, and balance sheet management.
5. Perform detailed analyses of gross margin and cost of goods sold (COGS), accurately projecting provisions related to markdowns and damaged goods.
6. Develop and maintain a database of key financial and operational metrics, supporting performance measurement within the functional organization.
7. Collaborate with external and internal auditors to ensure compliance with global reporting standards.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related field is required.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
