Bottega Veneta FP&A Analyst

- Collaborate closely with the Financial Controller and cross-functional teams to devise effective strategies and programs, ensuring alignment with company processes and policies.
- Assist in all aspects of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and reporting, providing the Financial Controller with data-driven insights to facilitate decision-making and cost management.
- Coordinate with the Commercial Team to conduct physical inventory assessments.
- Engage in forecasting activities, identifying risks and opportunities, and working with functional teams to maintain control over critical areas such as profit & loss, capital expenditures, and balance sheet management.
- Perform detailed analyses of gross margin and cost of goods sold (COGS), accurately projecting provisions related to markdowns and damaged goods.
- Develop and maintain a database of key financial and operational metrics, supporting performance measurement within the functional organization.
- Collaborate with external and internal auditors to ensure compliance with global reporting standards.
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and policies.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related field is required.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
