1. Oversee the performance, customer service, and brand image of the Ready-to-Wear, Shoes & Accessories department.
2. Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor and striving to exceed sales targets.
3. Cultivate lifetime loyalty and spending among clients by maintaining accurate client records and implementing effective client strategies.
4. Maximize the department's business potential in alignment with company strategy.
5. Mentor and coach sales team members to enhance their skills and drive sales performance.
6. Collaborate with the Store Director on recruiting, training, and developing department staff.
7. Ensure compliance with operational procedures and standards in partnership with the back-of-house team.
8. Uphold the brand's service values by delivering exceptional customer service and managing professional relationships.
9. Perform operational functions such as opening and closing the department, managing stock, and handling back-office tasks.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the luxury sector.

2. In-depth knowledge of Ready-to-Wear, Shoes & Accessories and luxury retail operations.
3. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Adaptability and organizational skills.
6. Strong brand ambassadorial qualities.
7. Multilingual abilities are advantageous.

A minimum of five years in a managerial capacity within the luxury fashion sector is required.

Annual base salary range of $110,000 - $115,000, plus discretionary bonus.
