Bottega Veneta Department Manager, Ready-to-Wear, Shoes & Accessories

- Oversee the performance, customer service, and brand image of the Ready-to-Wear, Shoes & Accessories department.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor and striving to exceed sales targets.
- Cultivate lifetime loyalty and spending among clients by maintaining accurate client records and implementing effective client strategies.
- Maximize the department's business potential in alignment with company strategy.
- Mentor and coach sales team members to enhance their skills and drive sales performance.
- Collaborate with the Store Director on recruiting, training, and developing department staff.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and standards in partnership with the back-of-house team.
- Uphold the brand's service values by delivering exceptional customer service and managing professional relationships.
- Perform operational functions such as opening and closing the department, managing stock, and handling back-office tasks.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the luxury sector.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of Ready-to-Wear, Shoes & Accessories and luxury retail operations.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability and organizational skills.
- Strong brand ambassadorial qualities.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous.
A minimum of five years in a managerial capacity within the luxury fashion sector is required.
Annual base salary range of $110,000 - $115,000, plus discretionary bonus.
