1. Oversee the performance, customer service, and brand image of the Ready-to-Wear, Shoes & Accessories department.
2. Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor and striving to exceed sales targets.
3. Cultivate client loyalty and spending by maintaining accurate client records and implementing strategic client engagement.
4. Maximize business potential in alignment with company strategy.
5. Mentor and coach sales team members to enhance their competencies and drive sales.
6. Collaborate with the Store Director on staff recruitment, training, and development.
7. Ensure compliance with operational procedures and standards in partnership with the back-of-house team.
8. Uphold brand service values by delivering exceptional customer service and managing professional relationships.
9. Perform operational functions including opening and closing the department, stock management, and back-office tasks.

1. Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience within the luxury sector.

1. Strong results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
2. In-depth knowledge of Ready-to-Wear, Shoes & Accessories, and luxury retail operations.
3. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Adaptability and organizational skills.
6. Strong brand ambassadorship.
7. Multilingual abilities are advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within the luxury sector is required.

Salary range of $110,000 - $115,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus.
