Bottega Veneta Department Manager, Ready-to-Wear, Shoes & Accessories

- Oversee the performance, customer service, and brand image of the Ready-to-Wear, Shoes & Accessories department.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor and striving to exceed sales targets.
- Cultivate client loyalty and spending by maintaining accurate client records and implementing strategic client engagement.
- Maximize business potential in alignment with company strategy.
- Mentor and coach sales team members to enhance their competencies and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the Store Director on staff recruitment, training, and development.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and standards in partnership with the back-of-house team.
- Uphold brand service values by delivering exceptional customer service and managing professional relationships.
- Perform operational functions including opening and closing the department, stock management, and back-office tasks.
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience within the luxury sector.
- Strong results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of Ready-to-Wear, Shoes & Accessories, and luxury retail operations.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability and organizational skills.
- Strong brand ambassadorship.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within the luxury sector is required.
Salary range of $110,000 - $115,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus.
