Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets in line with company strategy
- Utilize effective selling techniques to maximize store business potential
- Contribute to team collaboration by sharing information and best practices
- Collect and update customer information for efficient CRM and Client Book use
- Maintain company standards and procedures
- Keep stock information updated and manage store-to-store transfer requests
- Cultivate customer relationships
- Deliver excellent customer service in alignment with company standards
Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English; Chinese is an advantage
- 2-5 years of work experience
- Sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts

Experience Requirements
