- Keep stock information current and manage store-to-store transfer requests.
- Cultivate and maintain customer relationships.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in line with company standards.
- Fluency in German and English; proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury sectors.
- Excellent customer service orientation and adaptability to diverse customer types.
- Strong communication and empathetic skills.
- Commercially results-oriented.
- Effective team player.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the fashion and luxury industries.
