- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through client outreach and development of new clientele via appointments and consignments.
- Inform clients about new collection deliveries, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transactions and improve KPIs.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, updating and managing client profile records.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections through available training resources.
- Assist with basic store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and light cleaning duties.
- Maintain visual standards and general store maintenance as requested.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Foster an environment of fairness, dignity, and respect among all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance.
- Luxury retail sales experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
- High energy level and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs.
1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within a luxury environment.
