- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through client outreach and development of new clientele via appointments and consignments.
- Inform clients of new collection deliveries, in-store events, and relevant brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transactions, improve KPIs, and close sales.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, maintaining and updating client profile records.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections using company-provided training resources.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and light cleaning duties.
- Maintain visual standards, including merchandise presentation, signage, lighting, and general maintenance.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Foster an environment of fairness, dignity, and respect among all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, high energy level, and team orientation.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance at all times.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
- Proficiency in cross-selling, multiple selling, and upselling techniques.
1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within a luxury environment.
Salary range of $20.00-22.00/hr, plus commission and overtime eligibility.
