- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and the cultivation of new client relationships.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance KPIs.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring client profile records are routinely updated.
- Maintain a learning attitude by actively seeking feedback from peers and management.
- Sustain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual standards maintenance, and basic store upkeep.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Foster a respectful and fair work environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
- Exemplary work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and professional appearance.
- Luxury retail experience preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to be mobile on the sales floor and handle packages.

1-2 years of retail sales experience, ideally within a luxury setting.
Salary range of $19.00-21.00 per hour, with eligibility for overtime and commission.
