- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, while keeping clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance client experience.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client profiles.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
- Adhere to company policies and foster a respectful and equitable work environment.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-oriented field, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a polished and professional appearance.
- Capability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Proficiency in cross-selling, upselling, and other sales techniques.
1-2 years of retail sales experience, ideally in a luxury environment.
Salary range of $20.00-21.00 per hour, plus commission and overtime eligibility.
