1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and development of new client relationships.
2. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance sales performance.
3. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profiles are routinely updated and accurate.
4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all collections through continuous learning and training.
5. Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
6. Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
4. Strong work ethic and leadership skills with a team-oriented approach.
5. Polished and professional appearance.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
3. High energy level and strong team collaboration skills.

1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within the luxury sector.

Salary range of $20.00-21.00/hr, plus commission and overtime eligibility.
