1. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and developing new clients via appointments and consignments.
2. Inform clients of new collection deliveries, in-store events, and relevant brand initiatives.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transactions and improve KPIs.
4. Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, maintaining client profile records.
5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections using company training resources.
6. Assist with store opening and closing procedures, maintain visual standards, and comply with company policies.
7. Promote a respectful and fair work environment.

1. 1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Interest in fashion and industry trends.
4. Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.
5. Polished and well-groomed appearance.
6. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
7. Availability for closing shifts, weekends, and holiday season.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.

1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.

Salary range of $20.00-21.00/hr (plus commission and overtime eligibility).
